Most repairs are completed within 2–5 business days. Many quick fixes — like belts and filters — are done while you wait. Commercial machines get priority turnaround.

Warranties vary by brand and model, from 1 to 10 years. We're a factory-authorized dealer, so your warranty is fully honored and we handle the paperwork for you.

We do! Bring in your old machine and we'll assess its trade value toward a new vacuum. Even non-working vacuums may qualify.

A quality vacuum, properly maintained, can last 8–20+ years. Premium brands like Miele, Riccar, and SEBO routinely last two decades with basic upkeep.

Absolutely. We carry one of the largest parts inventories in the region — bags, belts, filters, and attachments for hundreds of models, most available same-day.

Yes. We offer local delivery across the Seacoast, in-store pickup, and shipping on many items. Ask our staff about options for your order.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Demonstrations are always free and encouraged before you commit.
